Rocking Michael Kors for the Miami Heat game

I'm in love with my new purse, and it was quite a hunt to find the perfect replacement for my Banana Republic purse that I had bought over 3 years ago. I needed something big so that when I traveled I could carry all my necessities and camera in it, but I also wanted it to be chic and sophisticated. This purse is also versatile you can carry it by the chain straps or you can cross it in front of you like a satchel. Plus to cement my love for this purse I bought it during a great sale (under $200 dollars), and this really blew the competition out of the water as all my other choices were well above the $500 dollar range.
So far I'm really happy with the purse, and as you can see above it's the perfect accessory with my white hot HEAT outfit! We just won game 3 and the series is 2-1 Miami Heat! The feeling here in South Florida is electrifying and I love it!

Back from Vacation!

  

I'm Leaving on a Jet Plane...

   I'm starting off my Memorial Weekend a little bit early, but when you have an island house, friends, food and drinks waiting for you its hard not to be off on vacation sooner rather then later. Soon the smell of coconut tanning lotion mixed with some bug spray (it becomes the perfume of choice after a day) will greet me at the door. Adding to the festivities are some birthdays with an 80s theme and karaoke, really what more could you ask for... So before I head out I wanted to showcase a great shop called Chance, they focus around "simplicity, personal style, and adventure" a perfect combination for the traveler in all of us.

No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problems...

 I've been living out of my suitcase for practically the whole month of May, and managed to sleep at home for one day where I switched out sweaters and jeans for bathing suits and sundresses, and then proceeded to hit the road again. This time my destination is a little island off the coast of Florida, where the only way to get there is by boat or small plane and there are no cars only golf carts. It's a little slice of heaven made all the better because I get to experience it with my closest friends. Naturally, with island living on my mind I instantly loved photographer Cass Bird's shoot of Daria Werbowy (my favorite model) in St. Barts.
