Christmas in April

It has been Christmas in April for me as I have been beyond fortunate to have lady luck shine some of her magic on me. I don't think I've ever been so excited to check my mailbox and this is why:

The first exciting item was from a contest win on Belles and Rebelles blog, and they were a beautiful pair of Anna Beck earrings.

 

The second item to come in the mail was a cute clutch by Elliven that I won on In Honor of Design. For mostly being a person who totes around with a big purse, this little clutch is a welcomed alternative.

Lastly, the pièce de résistance came in the form of a big box from Net-a-porter. And this present was truly suppose to be a Christmas present that I had won in a design contest for Polvyore back in December. My poem and set can be seen in this post. I had been in love with the YSL arty ring for what seems like ages, and I didn't care if it was on every fashion bloggers finger or that it was already 'passe' in some people's minds. So I waited patiently to travel down back south to the YSL store so I could see these babies in person and figure out what color I wanted the most (and finally months later I was able to do this and fast forward to this week). The beautiful black box was handed to me by the UPS guy and it was like 6 am Christmas morning.
